Zartes, saftiges Pulled Pork aus dem Ofen – perfekt für Burger, Sandwiches oder Wraps. Durch das langsame Garen bei niedriger Temperatur wird das Fleisch so weich, dass es fast von alleine zerfällt. Ein echter Klassiker der amerikanischen BBQ-Küche, der auch zu Hause im Ofen garantiert gelingt.

Preheat the oven to 100 °C top/bottom heat.
Rub the meat all over with the vegetable oil, then season generously with salt and pepper. Place the meat in a roasting pan, add water to a height of approx. 1.5 cm, and seal the roasting pan tightly with aluminum foil.
Place the roasting pan in the preheated oven and cook the meat for 10 hours. Then remove the aluminum foil, baste the meat with the pan juices, and finish cooking uncovered in the oven for another 4 hours.
