Preparation of the Skewers
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (preferably grill function). In a bowl, mix the turkey mince with turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and chili flakes (to taste). Finely dice the red onion and mix half of it, along with half of the finely chopped chives, into the meat. Knead everything well.
Form small elongated rolls from the meat mixture and thread them onto the wooden skewers. In a hot pan with sunflower oil, sear the skewers on all sides until they are browned. Then place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and finish cooking in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
Dip and Serving
Meanwhile, stir the yogurt smooth with lime juice, the remaining chives, and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the cucumber and slice it.
