Ingredients
- 4 pieces plant-based chicken
- 4 hamburger buns
- 100 g red cabbage
- 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
- 2 pickles
- 1 medium tomato
- Approx. 4 tbsp plant-based aioli
- Ketchup to taste
- One package plant-based bacon

Preparation
- 1Cut red cabbage into fine strips, wash, and dry with paper towels. Slice pickles and tomatoes, wash iceberg lettuce, and dry leaves with paper towels.
- 2Fry plant-based chicken in a pan according to package instructions. Lightly toast the hamburger bun halves in a second pan, cut-side down.
- 3Spread plant-based aioli on the bottom half of the hamburger bun, then add a leaf of iceberg lettuce and a tomato slice. Top with the plant-based chicken and a few strips of plant-based bacon. Cover with ketchup, pickle slices, and red cabbage strips. Place the top bun half on top.
- 4Serve with French fries or potato wedges.
