Roast the hazelnuts in a hot pan without fat until golden brown, then coarsely chop them.

Drain the tuna well in a sieve and flake it into smaller pieces in a bowl.

Coarsely grate the carrots. Cut the bell pepper into fine strips and the spring onions into fine rings.
