Vegetables
- 300 g Cucumber
- 200 g Carrots
- 200 g Bell Pepper Mix
Dip
- 100 g Natural Cream Cheese
- 1 bunch Fresh Chives
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
- 1Thoroughly wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the cucumber, carrots, and bell peppers into uniform, bite-sized sticks.
- 2For the dip, place the cream cheese in a small bowl. Finely chop the chives and stir them into the cream cheese. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 3Arrange the vegetable sticks together with the dip on a plate or board and enjoy immediately.
Tip
For a vegan version, you can simply use a plant-based cream cheese substitute.
