Vegetables

  • 300 g Cucumber
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 200 g Bell Pepper Mix

Dip

  • 100 g Natural Cream Cheese
  • 1 bunch Fresh Chives
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

    Thoroughly wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the cucumber, carrots, and bell peppers into uniform, bite-sized sticks.

    For the dip, place the cream cheese in a small bowl. Finely chop the chives and stir them into the cream cheese. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Arrange the vegetable sticks together with the dip on a plate or board and enjoy immediately.
Tip
For a vegan version, you can simply use a plant-based cream cheese substitute.
