Ingredients

  • 800g floury potatoes
  • 90g butter
  • 20ml milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 broccoli
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cevapcici

Preparation

    Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook in salted water for approx. 15 min.

    Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and mash them. Add lukewarm butter and hot milk.

    Season with salt and nutmeg.

    While the potatoes are cooking, cut the cucumber and broccoli. Then wash the broccoli and cook it in salted water.

    Boil eggs until hard.
  • 6
    Fry cevapcici in a little oil.

    Arrange everything as desired and enjoy.
