Ingredients
- 800g floury potatoes
- 90g butter
- 20ml milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 cucumber
- 1 broccoli
- 4 eggs
- 4 cevapcici
Preparation
- 1Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook in salted water for approx. 15 min.
- 2Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and mash them. Add lukewarm butter and hot milk.
- 3Season with salt and nutmeg.
- 4While the potatoes are cooking, cut the cucumber and broccoli. Then wash the broccoli and cook it in salted water.
- 5Boil eggs until hard.
- 6Fry cevapcici in a little oil.
- 7Arrange everything as desired and enjoy.
