Preparation of the Tortilla Filling
Wash and dry the chicken breast fillets, remove tendons, and cut into small, bite-sized pieces. Mix paprika powder, salt, and pepper with olive oil to form a marinade.
Generously marinate the fillet pieces with this mixture and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Wash, dry, and roughly chop the lettuce, then set aside in a bowl.
Cut the bell peppers into small pieces and mix with the chopped lettuce. Drain and wash the corn, then add it to the salad bowl. Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the chives.
