Preparation method
Wash the pumpkin, halve it, and remove the seeds. Cut the pumpkin into 1-2 cm wide strips. Peel and slice the shallots and garlic.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces, season with salt, and fry until golden brown in a pan with a little olive oil. Once the vegetables are ready, transfer them to a blender, add the vegetable broth and cream, and blend into a smooth sauce.
Chef's tip
For an even creamier sauce, you can replace part of the vegetable broth with more cream or some cream cheese.
