Preheat the oven to 185–190 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Wash the zucchini, halve them lengthwise, and carefully scoop out the inside with a teaspoon to create "boats". Finely chop the scooped-out pulp and set aside. Lightly salt the zucchini halves and let them rest briefly as well.

Prepare the filling

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the ground turkey with the chopped zucchini pulp, finely grated garlic, tomato paste, the egg, chopped basil, 30 g of the grated Parmesan, the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano.
