Preheat the oven to 185–190 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Wash the zucchini, halve them lengthwise, and carefully scoop out the inside with a teaspoon to create "boats". Finely chop the scooped-out pulp and set aside. Lightly salt the zucchini halves and let them rest briefly as well.
