Ingredients
- 3 slices toast bread
- 125 g chicken breast fillet
- 40 g bacon
- 40 g mayonnaise
- 2 leaves iceberg lettuce
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- Toothpicks
Preparation
- 1Season the chicken breast fillet with salt and pepper. In a pan with hot vegetable oil, sear it over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. At the same time, fry the bacon in the same pan until crispy. Remove both from the pan and set aside.
- 2In a second pan, toast the slices of bread without fat until golden brown on both sides.
- 3Crack the egg into the pan with the remaining frying fat, salt it, and fry over low heat for about 4 minutes. Pepper it, carefully flip the egg, and fry for another 1 minute on the other side. Remove from the pan.
- 4Spread mayonnaise on one side of the toasted bread slices. Place the iceberg lettuce and tomato slices on the first toast.
- 5Cut the chicken meat into three pieces and place them on the tomatoes. Cover with the second toast (spread side down).
- 6Spread mayonnaise on the top of the second toast as well. Place the crispy bacon and fried egg on top. Finish with the last toast (spread side down).
- 7Halve the sandwich diagonally. Secure each half with a toothpick and serve immediately.
