Ingredients
- 3 Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 5 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 65 g Cane Sugar
- 260 g Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 80 g Ground Nuts
- 0.5 tsp Salt

- 12 Muffin Cups
Preparation
- 1Add the dry ingredients to the egg-milk mixture and stir. Fold in the banana pieces.
- 2Preheat oven to 180 degrees convection. Cut the bananas into small pieces. Mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
- 3Fill the dough into 12 muffin cups and bake for approx. 25 min. Remove and let cool.
