Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 65 g Cane Sugar
  • 260 g Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 80 g Ground Nuts
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

  • 12 Muffin Cups

Preparation

    Add the dry ingredients to the egg-milk mixture and stir. Fold in the banana pieces.

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees convection. Cut the bananas into small pieces. Mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.

    Fill the dough into 12 muffin cups and bake for approx. 25 min. Remove and let cool.
