- 480 g Hass Avocado ripe
- 50 g Red Onions
- 14 g Fresh Garlic
- 50 g Lemon Juice 100%
- 10 g Fresh Basil Pot
- 10 g Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley Bunch
- 2 g Table Salt
- 1 g Black Ground Pepper
- 30 g Mayonnaise
Halve the avocados, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out of the skin. Place the avocado flesh together with the mayonnaise in a tall container and blend until creamy with an immersion blender.
Peel the red onion and dice it very finely. Also peel the garlic and press it directly into the avocado mixture. Add the diced onion, 1–2 tablespoons of lemon juice (to taste), and the finely chopped herbs.
Mix everything well, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately. Ideal with fresh whole-grain bread or as a dip.
Chef's tip
For a vegan version, simply replace the mayonnaise with a plant-based alternative or a little olive oil.
