Preparation method

Soak the dried chickpeas in plenty of water 12 hours before preparation.

Then rinse the chickpeas thoroughly and drain.

Finely blend the chickpeas together with the finely chopped onion and pressed garlic. Stir in the spices and chopped fresh coriander. Season with salt and pepper.

Chef's tip

Serve the falafel wraps with additional fresh herbs or pickled vegetables for even more flavor.
