Preparation of the Pulled Beef

Wash the beef, pat it dry, and generously rub it on all sides with the taco seasoning mix.

Prepare the grill for indirect grilling (heat one side, leave the other cool). Place the meat on the cool side, cover, and cook at a low temperature (approx. 110-130°C) for 5-6 hours until an internal temperature of 93°C is reached. Alternatively, cook in the oven at 120°C.

During cooking, occasionally baste the meat with beef broth to keep it juicy.
