Preparation method
Finely grate the carrots. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the carrots briefly until soft. Then let them cool.
Place the cooled carrots in a bowl. Add the grated Parmesan and cream cheese and mix everything into a smooth mixture.
Season the spread with salt and a few drops of lemon juice.
