Preparation method
First, prepare the filling: In a medium-sized bowl, stir the cream cheese smooth with the lemon juice. Peel the garlic, press it through a press, and mix it into the cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Lay out the tortillas on the work surface. Spread each tortilla evenly with the cream cheese mixture. Place one-third of the turkey ham in the center of each tortilla, ensuring the surface is well covered. Distribute the baby spinach evenly on top as well. Important: Leave a border of approx. 1–2 cm on one side of the tortilla, spread only with cream cheese – this serves as an "adhesive" to hold the roll together.
Now roll up the tortillas tightly, rolling towards the free edge. If the roll doesn't hold, it can be secured with a toothpick.
