Preparation of Pulled Beef

Wash the beef, pat it dry, and generously rub it on all sides with the taco seasoning mix.

Prepare the grill for indirect grilling (heat one side of the grill, leave the other cool). Place the meat on the cool side, cover, and cook at a low temperature (approx. 110-130°C) for 5-6 hours until an internal temperature of 93°C is reached. Alternatively, the meat can also be cooked in the oven at a similar temperature.

During cooking, occasionally baste the meat with beef stock to keep it nice and juicy.
