Preparation method
In a medium bowl, stir the cream cheese until smooth with the lemon juice. Peel the garlic, press it directly into the cheese mixture, and mix everything well. Season the cream with salt and pepper.
Spread the 3 tortilla wraps on the work surface and evenly coat them with the prepared cream cheese mixture, all the way to the edge.
Distribute the cooked ham evenly over the tortillas, ensuring the surface is well covered but with as little overlap as possible. Also, spread the baby spinach on top. Important: Leave an approximately 1–2 cm wide border on one side of each tortilla, coated only with cream cheese – this helps with holding it together.
Chef's tip
For extra crunch, you can also fill the tortillas with thin strips of red bell pepper, cucumber, or carrots.
