  • 2 pcs Lavash Bread
  • 200 g natural cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Honey-Mustard Sauce
  • 200 g Smoked Salmon
  • 50 g Baby Spinach

Preparation

    Spread the lavash bread on a work surface. First, generously spread each flatbread with cream cheese and then spread a thin layer of honey-mustard sauce on top.

    Distribute the smoked salmon evenly over the entire surface and then add the washed baby spinach leaves.

    Roll up the bread tightly and then cut the roll into slices about 1.5 cm wide.

    Serve the salmon rolls immediately or keep them chilled until serving.
Tip
For a particularly refined touch, you can add some fresh dill or a few drops of lemon juice.
