- 2 pcs Lavash Bread
- 200 g natural cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Honey-Mustard Sauce
- 200 g Smoked Salmon
- 50 g Baby Spinach
Preparation
- 1Spread the lavash bread on a work surface. First, generously spread each flatbread with cream cheese and then spread a thin layer of honey-mustard sauce on top.
- 2Distribute the smoked salmon evenly over the entire surface and then add the washed baby spinach leaves.
- 3Roll up the bread tightly and then cut the roll into slices about 1.5 cm wide.
- 4Serve the salmon rolls immediately or keep them chilled until serving.
Tip
For a particularly refined touch, you can add some fresh dill or a few drops of lemon juice.
