First, prepare the marinade: In a bowl, mix the pressed garlic cloves, lemon juice, fajita seasoning mix, salt, pepper, and 3 tbsp of olive oil.

Wash the pork tenderloin, pat dry, and cut into fine strips. Add to the marinade and mix well so that the meat is completely covered. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
