  • 100 g bulgur
  • 1 pc. avocado
  • 100 g pre-cooked beetroot
  • 150 g cucumber
  • 60 g cherry tomatoes
  • 40 g lamb's lettuce
  • 60 g feta cheese
  • 100 g beetroot hummus
  • 30 g walnuts

Preparation

    Prepare the bulgur according to package instructions and let it cool.

    Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and cut into cubes.

    Cut the beetroot and cucumber into fine cubes. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.

    Distribute the bulgur into bowls and arrange the lamb's lettuce on top. Add the prepared vegetable cubes and tomatoes. Crumble the feta cheese over it and add a generous dollop of beetroot hummus. Roughly chop the walnuts and garnish the salad with them. Enjoy your meal!
Tip
For a more intense aroma, you can briefly toast the walnuts in a dry pan.
