Ein herrlich aromatisches und schnelles Feierabendgericht: Zarte Putenbruststreifen, saftige Kirschtomaten und Babyspinat garen mit Kritharaki in einer Pfanne. Mit Feta und Kalamata-Oliven vollendet in nur 25 Minuten!

Preparation method

Pat the turkey breast dry and cut into bite-sized strips. Finely chop the garlic cloves and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Fry the turkey strips for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown, season with a little table salt, pepper, and half of the oregano. Then remove and set aside.

Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet. Sauté the garlic and cherry tomatoes for about 1 minute, then briefly toast the kritharaki pasta and the remaining oregano.

Chef's tip

For a fresh Mediterranean touch, add a little organic lemon zest and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice over the skillet just before serving.

If you like a hint of spice, sauté a small pinch of dried chili flakes together with the garlic.
