Classic Reuben Sandwich with Beef Ham

Combine all ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl and whisk thoroughly until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Generously butter one side of each slice of bread. Flip the slices over and spread the unbuttered side with the prepared dressing.

On two of the slices, layer 2 slices of cheese, 100 g beef ham, and 100 g sauerkraut each. Drizzle with a little extra dressing and cover with the remaining slices of bread (butter side facing outwards).
