Preparing the Tomatoes

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them into smaller pieces. Puree in a blender until a smooth juice is formed.

For a finer texture, you can strain the juice through a fine sieve to remove skins and seeds. If you prefer a more rustic consistency, skip this step.

Mixing & Serving

In a shaker or a large glass, mix the fresh tomato juice with the vodka.

Chef's tip

For an extra spicy touch, you can decorate the rim of the glass with a mixture of salt and celery salt.
