Preparation method

Place the oats, chia seeds, and all dry ingredients of the chosen variation into a jar. Add yogurt, milk, and the liquid ingredients. Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously to mix everything well.

Cut the fruit (banana or raspberries) into bite-sized pieces and add them to the mixture. Stir gently with a long spoon. Seal the jar again and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

During the resting period, the oats and chia seeds absorb the liquid, giving the porridge its typical creamy consistency. If you don't want to use chia seeds, reduce the amount of milk to approx. 70 ml.
