- 4 pcs Camembert cheese
- 50 g Pecans
- 50 g Blanched Almonds
- 1 tbsp Apricot Jam
- 4 slices Farmhouse Sourdough Bread
- 2 tsp Liquid Honey
- 4 sprigs Fresh Rosemary

Halve the Camembert wheels horizontally. Place pecans, almonds, and apricot jam in a food processor and process into a coarse paste. Generously fill the bottom halves of the cheese with the nut mixture and replace the top halves.

Toast the sourdough bread slices in a pan or toaster without fat until golden brown. Cut the stuffed Camembert into wedges and arrange on the warm bread slices.

Finally, drizzle the cheese with liquid honey and sprinkle with fresh rosemary needles. Serve immediately.
Chef's tip
For an even more intense aroma, you can briefly toast the nuts in a dry pan before mixing.
