- 4 pcs eggs
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

Wash the chives, shake dry, and cut into fine rolls.

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the chopped chives and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk everything well with a whisk or a fork.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium to high heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread evenly by swirling. As soon as the edges set, carefully flip or fold the omelet. Continue cooking until the eggs are set, but the omelet is still slightly juicy inside. Serve immediately.
Chef's tip
Use a non-stick pan so that the omelet does not stick and can be easily flipped.
