  • 4 pcs Camembert (approx. 360 g)
  • 50 g pecans
  • 50 g blanched almonds
  • 1 tbsp apricot jam
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tsp liquid honey
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary

Halve the Camembert wheels horizontally. Place pecans, blanched almonds, and apricot jam into a food processor and process into a coarse paste. Generously spread the nut mixture onto the bottom halves of the cheese and place the top halves back on.

Toast the sourdough bread slices in a dry pan or toaster until golden brown. Cut the stuffed Camembert into wedges and arrange on the warm bread slices.

Finally, drizzle the cheese with liquid honey and sprinkle with fresh rosemary needles. Serve immediately.
