Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 185–190 °C and prepare a large, oven-safe pan.

Wash the leek thoroughly and cut into fine rings. Peel the garlic and slice thinly.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in the pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the leek, garlic slices, butter, and dried thyme. Sauté everything for about 5–6 minutes over medium heat.

Chef's tip

The frittata tastes excellent both warm and cold and is great for taking with you.
