Ingredients

  • 200 g fine-leaf oats
  • 20 g cashews
  • 40 g dark chocolate
  • 60 g skimmed milk powder
  • 30 g freeze-dried fruits (e.g., mango and banana)

Preparation

    Chop or break the cashews, dark chocolate, and freeze-dried fruits into small pieces.

    Thoroughly mix all dry ingredients (oats, chopped nuts, chocolate, fruits, and skimmed milk powder) in a bowl or storage jar.

    For one serving, place the desired amount of the mixture into a bowl and pour hot water over it as needed. Stir well and let it swell for about 2-3 minutes until the desired consistency is reached.
Tip
The dry mixture can be perfectly prepared in advance in an airtight jar and will keep for several weeks.
For a vegan version, you can replace the skimmed milk powder with coconut milk powder or another plant-based protein powder.

It's best to serve these toasts immediately, while the cheese is still wonderfully melted and the pears are warm. A glass of chilled white wine pairs perfectly!
