Ingredients
- 200 g fine-leaf oats
- 20 g cashews
- 40 g dark chocolate
- 60 g skimmed milk powder
- 30 g freeze-dried fruits (e.g., mango and banana)
Preparation
- 1Chop or break the cashews, dark chocolate, and freeze-dried fruits into small pieces.
- 2Thoroughly mix all dry ingredients (oats, chopped nuts, chocolate, fruits, and skimmed milk powder) in a bowl or storage jar.
- 3For one serving, place the desired amount of the mixture into a bowl and pour hot water over it as needed. Stir well and let it swell for about 2-3 minutes until the desired consistency is reached.
Tip
The dry mixture can be perfectly prepared in advance in an airtight jar and will keep for several weeks.
For a vegan version, you can replace the skimmed milk powder with coconut milk powder or another plant-based protein powder.
