
Thai Flank Steak Salad with Mango & Avocado

Preparation method
First, mix half of the soy sauce (2 tbsp), half of the sesame oil (1 tbsp), the oyster sauce, half of the crushed garlic (2 cloves), and half of the chopped ginger (1 tsp) in a bowl. Rub the flank steak thoroughly with this marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (ideally overnight in the refrigerator).
Preheat the grill or a pan to high heat. Grill the flank steak for about 4-6 minutes per side until the desired doneness is reached. Place the steak on a cutting board and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Then slice it thinly against the grain.
Combine the salad mix in a large bowl with corn, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and Thai basil. Peel the mango and slice it thinly. Peel and dice the avocado. Add mango and avocado to the salad.
