Preparation method

Boil the eggs in boiling water for 10-11 minutes until hard. Afterwards, rinse with cold water, peel, and cut into coarse cubes.

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and dice it as well. Immediately drizzle with a little lemon juice to prevent it from browning.

Carefully mix the avocado cubes with the eggs.

Chef's tip

For an extra creamy consistency, you can mash part of the avocado with a fork before folding in the remaining cubes.
