Preparation method
First, prepare a large pot with salted water. Peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces, and place them in the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook until soft for approx. 19–20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 205–210 °C and line a baking sheet (approx. 30 cm × 40 cm) with baking paper.
Finely chop spring onions, parsley, and chives. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the ground turkey with parsley, spring onions, chili flakes, 30 g soft butter, 1 tbsp olive oil, 50 ml milk, and salt and pepper. Form approx. 4 frikadellen (each approx. 135–140 g) from the mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
