
Juicy Turkey Patties with Herb Potatoes

Preparation method
First, prepare a large pot with salted water. Peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces, and place them in the pot. Cover with a lid, bring to a boil, and cook until tender over medium heat for approx. 19–20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 205–210 °C and line a baking sheet (approx. 30 cm × 40 cm) with baking paper.
Finely chop the spring onions, parsley, and chives. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the ground turkey with the parsley, spring onions, chili flakes, 30 g of the softened butter, 1 tbsp olive oil, 50 ml milk, and salt and pepper. Form patties weighing approx. 135–140 g from the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
