Ingredients

  • 1 piece Carrot
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 60 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 g Cheddar cheese
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 2 pieces Pitted green olives
  • 80 g Grated cheese
  • 1 piece Bell pepper red/yellow/green
  • 3 g Fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 3 g Salt
  • 3 g Ground pepper

Preparation

    Mix all ingredients together and season with salt & pepper to taste.

    Form meatballs from the mixture and then fry them in a little oil.

    From here, you can be creative and create a spider using bell pepper strips or carrot strips.

    The meatballs can also be cooked in an air fryer or oven instead of frying them.
