First, prepare the vegetables: Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut it into fine strips. Peel the onion and slice it thinly along with the tomatoes.

For the dressing: Peel and finely chop the garlic. Dice the pickled gherkins into small cubes. Place the garlic and gherkins in a small bowl, add ketchup, natural yogurt, Dijon mustard, and the gherkin water. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, mix everything well, and set aside.

Frying Meat & Serving

Heat 3 tbsp of sunflower oil in a medium-sized pan over medium heat. Add the minced beef and fry for approx. 7–8 minutes, breaking up the meat with a spatula to make it crumbly. After frying, season the meat with paprika powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper, mix well, and fry for another 2 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat.
