Hard-boil the eggs in boiling water for about 10-11 minutes. Afterwards, rinse them under cold water, peel, and cut into coarse cubes.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and dice it as well. Immediately drizzle with a little lemon juice to prevent browning.

Gently mix the avocado with the diced eggs.

Chef's tip

For an extra creamy consistency, you can mash part of the avocado with a fork before folding in the remaining cubes.
