Preparation method

Hard boil eggs in a pot of boiling water for approx. 8–9 minutes. Afterwards, drain, rinse with cold water, peel, and cut into small cubes.

Meanwhile, cut the cooked ham into fine strips or small cubes.

In a bowl, mix the egg cubes, ham strips, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly mash the mixture with a fork until the desired consistency is reached.

Chef's tip

For an extra fresh touch, you can mix finely chopped chives or cress into the salad.
