Preheat the oven to 195–200 °C. Line a baking sheet (approx. 30 cm × 40 cm) with baking paper.

Finely chop the broccoli into rice-sized pieces in a food processor. If no food processor is available, finely chop the broccoli. Peel and finely grate the garlic (2 cloves for the fritters, 1 clove for the dip).
Preparing the Fritters

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the chopped broccoli, 2 grated garlic cloves, the eggs, the spelt flour, the dried marjoram, and salt and pepper.
