Ingredients

  • 200 grams Carrots
  • 150 grams Celery
  • 1 Boskop Apple
  • 1 tsp Whipped cream

Preparation

    Wash the apple, quarter it, and remove the core. Peel the carrots and celery, wash them as well, and cut them into small pieces so that the vegetable pieces can be pureed.

    Puree everything one after another with a juicer or alternatively with an immersion blender. Pour the vegetable juice into glasses, lightly mix with a dollop of cream, and serve.
Tip
You don't like carrots or celery? No problem. Simply use your favorite vegetables instead, such as tomatoes or beetroot.
