- 1 handful of spinach
- Mint for garnishing
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- 1 apple
- A little ginger
Preparation
- 1First, peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
- 2Cut off both ends of the orange, peel it, remove the inside of the orange, and quarter it. You need to core the apple and cut it into eighths.
- 3Peel a small piece of ginger and add it to the blender with the banana, orange, and apple.
- 4Finally, add a handful of spinach and 100ml of water and blend well. As soon as everything is blended into a thick juice, simply pour it into 2 glasses, garnish with mint, and enjoy.
Tip
If you don't want your smoothie to be so thick, just add a little more water.
