Diese knusprigen Buffalo Blumenkohl Wings sind die perfekte vegetarische Alternative zu klassischen Chicken Wings. Außen würzig-scharf durch die Sriracha-Glasur und innen zart, werden sie im Ofen fettarm gebacken. Serviert mit einem kühlen Knoblauch-Joghurt-Dip und frischer Petersilie sind sie ein idealer Snack für den nächsten Fernsehabend oder eine tolle Beilage.

Preheat the oven to 235 °C top/bottom heat and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

In a large bowl, mix flour, paprika powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Add the water and stir to form a smooth, thick batter. Add the cauliflower florets and toss thoroughly until they are completely coated with the batter.

Spread the florets with sufficient space on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes, turning them once halfway through so they become crispy on all sides.
