- 300 g cooked beetroot
- 460 g natural tofu
- 1 pc. lemon
- 1 pinch salt PL
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

Finely grate the cooked beetroot or cut into small cubes. Mash the tofu with a fork or grate it finely as well.

Combine beetroot and tofu in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste. Mix everything well until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Chef's tip
For an extra fine consistency, you can briefly blend all ingredients in a mixer. Tastes excellent on fresh wholemeal bread or as a dip for vegetable sticks.
