Ingredients for the Vegetable Sticks

  • 300 g cucumber
  • 200 g carrots
  • 200 g red bell pepper

Ingredients for the Dip

  • 100 g natural cream cheese
  • 1 handful fresh chives
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Preparation

    Wash and clean the vegetables thoroughly. Peel the carrots. Cut everything into uniform, bite-sized sticks.

    For the dip, put the cream cheese into a small bowl. Finely chop the chives and stir them in. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Arrange the vegetable sticks together with the dip on a plate or wooden board and enjoy immediately.
Tip
For extra crunch, you can briefly place the vegetable sticks in ice-cold water before serving.
