Ingredients for the Vegetable Sticks
- 300 g cucumber
- 200 g carrots
- 200 g red bell pepper
Ingredients for the Dip
- 100 g natural cream cheese
- 1 handful fresh chives
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Preparation
- 1Wash and clean the vegetables thoroughly. Peel the carrots. Cut everything into uniform, bite-sized sticks.
- 2For the dip, put the cream cheese into a small bowl. Finely chop the chives and stir them in. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 3Arrange the vegetable sticks together with the dip on a plate or wooden board and enjoy immediately.

For extra crunch, you can briefly place the vegetable sticks in ice-cold water before serving.
