Preheat the oven to 200-205 °C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

For the marinade, whisk the egg in a large bowl. Add rapeseed oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika powder, chili powder, honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Peel the garlic, finely press it, and add it as well. Season everything with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly with a whisk.

Divide the cauliflower into small florets. Add the florets to the bowl with the marinade and mix everything well so that each piece is evenly coated with the marinade.

Chef's tip

For an Asian touch, serve the cauliflower with a dip made from soy sauce, fresh ginger, and a splash of rice vinegar.
