Ingredients

  • 150 g shrimp
  • 1 half bell pepper
  • 1 half red onion
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika powder
  • 1 dash lemon juice

For Garnish

  • a few leaves cilantro
  • A few leaves parsley

Preparation

    Halve the avocados lengthwise, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh leaving a small rim, cut into small cubes, and immediately drizzle with lemon juice.

    If necessary, thaw the shrimp. Finely chop the onion, cut half a bell pepper into small cubes.

    For the dressing, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, pepper, and paprika powder.

    Loosely mix the shrimp, avocado cubes, onions, and bell pepper with the dressing.

    Evenly distribute the finished shrimp salad among the four avocado halves. Store covered in the refrigerator before serving.

    Garnish with a lemon slice and, before serving, garnish with a few leaves of cilantro or parsley to taste.
