Ingredients
- 150 g shrimp
- 1 half bell pepper
- 1 half red onion
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch paprika powder
- 1 dash lemon juice
For Garnish
- a few leaves cilantro
- A few leaves parsley
Preparation
- 1Halve the avocados lengthwise, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh leaving a small rim, cut into small cubes, and immediately drizzle with lemon juice.
- 2If necessary, thaw the shrimp. Finely chop the onion, cut half a bell pepper into small cubes.
- 3For the dressing, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 4Loosely mix the shrimp, avocado cubes, onions, and bell pepper with the dressing.
- 5Evenly distribute the finished shrimp salad among the four avocado halves. Store covered in the refrigerator before serving.
- 6Garnish with a lemon slice and, before serving, garnish with a few leaves of cilantro or parsley to taste.
