Preparation method

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until soft. Then cut them into slightly thicker slices.

Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan until golden brown and crispy. Then remove from the pan and set aside.

Melt the butter in the same pan. Add the potato slices and fry until golden brown on both sides.

For an extra fresh touch, you can garnish the salad with freshly chopped chives.
