Preparation of the Salad

Wash or peel the potatoes thoroughly. Leave smaller potatoes whole, quarter larger ones. Place in a pot, cover with boiling water, add salt, and cook for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the green beans, trim the ends, and halve the beans. After 10 minutes of cooking time for the potatoes, add the beans and cook for another 8 minutes. Then drain and rinse with cold water.

Hard-boil the eggs in a separate pot (approx. 9-10 minutes), rinse with cold water, peel, and quarter lengthwise.
