Wash the bell peppers and place them on a baking sheet. Cut the garlic bulb on one side, add it to the sheet, and drizzle everything with a little olive oil.

Roast in the preheated oven at 220 °C for about 30 minutes. Turn the bell peppers occasionally until they are soft and their skin gets dark spots.

Immediately transfer the hot bell peppers to a bowl and cover tightly with cling film so they can steam. This makes peeling easier.
