Preheat the oven to 185–190 °C. Prepare a large baking dish (at least 30 cm × 40 cm).

Wash the turkey breast, pat dry, and cut into thin strips. Place in the baking dish.

Cut potatoes, bell peppers, onion, carrots, and tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the meat in the dish.
Chef's tip
For an extra crispy touch, you can briefly blanch the potato cubes in boiling water beforehand.
Remove the bay leaves before serving, as they are only meant to release their aroma.
